When will I get my order?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days. After that, delivery takes 3–7 business days within the United States. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee applies at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. We're working on expanding — stay tuned!
How do I find my size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with our size chart before ordering. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Simply reach out to our team at hello@sohoelise.com to start your return.
Are any purchases final sale?
Items marked as "Sale" are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All other items are eligible for return within 14 days.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes! If your size isn't quite right, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Can I cancel or change my order?
We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to help.
