What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order? Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. If you need to cancel or change your order, email us at info@sohoelise.com immediately. We'll do our best to help, but we can't guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
Do you offer gift cards? Not yet — but they're coming soon.
Shipping
How long does shipping take? 3-7 business days within the US.
Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We currently ship within the US only.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What if my package is lost or damaged? Contact us at info@sohoelise.com within 48 hours of expected delivery and we'll resolve it.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy? You have 14 days from delivery to return items for a full refund. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Do you offer exchanges? We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the original item and place a new order for what you need.
Who pays for return shipping? You do, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Sizing & Fit
How do I know my size? Check the size chart on each product page. Our model's measurements are listed in the product description for reference.
What if something doesn't fit? Return it within 14 days for a full refund. See our Return Policy for details.
Do you restock sold-out items? Sometimes. Sign up for our newsletter or check back — popular items often return.
Product Care
How do I care for my items? Care instructions are listed on the product page and on the garment's care label. When in doubt: hand wash cold, hang dry.
