We ship to all 50 US states. Your order will arrive within 3-7 business days from the moment you place it.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 incur a flat $8.95 shipping fee.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Tracking

All orders include tracking. Check your email for your tracking link — it's sent automatically when your package leaves our warehouse.

Delays

We partner with reliable carriers, but delays can happen due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at info@sohoelise.com and we'll help track it down.

International Shipping

Lost or Damaged Packages
