Return & Refund Policy

Changed your mind? We get it. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund.

What We Accept

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We can't accept returns on final sale items (marked clearly at checkout).

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@sohoelise.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return label and instructions.

Return Shipping

You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method — we're not responsible for lost return packages.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@sohoelise.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
